摘　　要：首先就传统的RTCP控制算法的优缺点做了一个简要的分析,之后在传统算法的基础上提出了一种优化控制算法。该算法根据网络的变化来优化控制参数,从而使得带宽和码率在最短时间内匹配,能够使抖动得到有效的平滑,减少丢包率,提高流媒体对网络质量的适应性。最后介绍了本控制算法的测试环境,给出了相应的测试结果。This article does a brief analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of traditional RTCP algorithm, and proposes an optimized control algorithms based on the traditional algorithm. The algorithm optimizes the control parameters based on changes in the network, which makes the bandwidth and bit rate match in the shortest time. It can be effectively make the jitter smoothing, reducing packet loss rate and improving the adaptability of streaming media on the network. Finally, we introduce the test environment of control algorithm, and give the corresponding test results.
