黎蒴栲营养杯苗接种外生菌根菌的效应研究

摘　　要：对黎蒴栲进行接种植健宝菌根剂(外生菌根菌)试验,结果表明,菌根剂能有效提高黎蒴栲菌根侵染率,其中以每株苗开穴干施菌根剂10 mL接种效果最好,用1 L菌根剂加水2.5 kg加黄泥搅拌均匀后蘸根移苗的效果其次。一般生产中的黎蒴栲苗木虽也能天然感染菌根菌,但随机性和波动性较大,最大菌根侵染率为40.6%,最小只为2.0%,相差近20倍。Effects of inoculation of ecto-mycorrhizal fungi on the seedling growth of Castanopsis fissa were studied in this paper.The results showed that mycorrhizal fungi agent could effectively increase the infection rate of C.fissa mycorrhizal.The best treatment was to dispose each seedling with 10 mL dry mycorrhizal agent in the planting pit.The second good treatment was blending 1L mycorrhizal agent with 2.5 kg water and yellow mud evenly for seedling dipping prior to the transplantation.It was observed that the mycorrhizal infestation of Castanopsis fissa seedlings could happen naturally though the infestation rate varied greatly.The maximum infestation rate was 40.6%,and the lowest was 2.0%,the difference was about 20 times.
