摘　　要：本文介绍了STU水电厂计算机监控系统在洛东水电厂的应用，根据洛东水电厂的基本技术要求，介绍了STU水电厂计算机监控系统的方案、结构、功能和实现方法，洛东水电厂的计算机监控系统的实例，说明了STU水电厂计算机监控系统以双层网络型式构成水电厂DCS结构的计算机监控系统是一种成功的模式。This paper introduces the STU computerized SCADA system on hydroelectric power station. Based on the requirements of Luodong hydroelectric power station,this paper introduces the project,structure,functions and realization of STU computerized SCADA system. A double layer network structure was applied to this system and in accord with the DCS (Distribution Control System) structure, this project is a successful example in computerized SCADA system of hydroelectric Power station.
