清色灵冲剂治疗黄褐斑的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价清色灵，中剂对黄褐斑的疗效，为临床应用提供科学依据。方法150例黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组、中药对照组和西药对照组，分别服用清色灵冲剂、百消丹和维生素E加维生素C（VitEC），治疗1个疗程后进行临床疗效评定，并随访1年。结果清色灵冲剂对黄褐斑有良好的疗效，明显优于通用的百消丹和VitEC。结论清色灵冲剂是一种治疗黄褐斑有效而安全的药物。Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of vide scientific basis for clinical application of QSLG. Methods QingSeLing Granu （QSLG） on chloasma and to pro- 150 cases with chloasma were divided randomly into the test group treated with QSLG and the control group treated with BXD and the control group treated with Vitamine E and Vitamine C. The survey was conducted on clinical effect after a period of therapy, and the patients were followed up for one year. Results QSLG had a good clinical curative effect on chloasma, and its clinical effect was more remarkable than that of BXD and VitEC. Conclusion The results suggests that QSLG is an effective and safe medicine to treat chloasma.
