摘  要:目的改良动脉显示方法,建立前臂和手动脉网的三维可视化模型。方法新鲜无外伤的前臂、手标本6例,经肱动脉注入羧甲基纤维素-明胶-氧化铅混悬液,用CT(GELights Speed,16,GER)无间距连续扫描,将获得的断面数据输入mimics10.01软件进行三维重建,表面成像法显示其外部形态,透明成像法显示骨骼和动脉管道。结果CT图像摄影血管清晰,填充良好,光滑连续;小血管显示良好。血管三雏图像主干及大分支饱满清晰,立体感强;边缘连续平滑,无齿状伪影。成功重建并立体显示桡骨、尺骨、腕骨、掌骨、指骨,桡动脉和尺动脉的各级分支等解剖结构的位置关系,建立了前臂和手动脉网的三维可视化模型。结论改良的动脉造影剂灌注动脉后CT断层扫描是人体血管三维重建的一种有效的技术方法,为前臂和手部的外科重建、手术模拟提供了直观的模型。Objective To build three - dimensional and visual model in arterial rete of forearm and hand by improved artery display method. Methods Six fresh forearm and hand specimens without traumas were perfused with earboxymethylcellulose -gelatin - lead oxide sodium mixture through brachium artery, and scanned consecutively with CT (GE Lights Speed, 16, GER) . Three- dimensional reconstruction of forearm and hand arteries were made by mimics soft with the CT- data. The outside appearance was shown using surface imaging method, and skeleton and artery pipeline system were displayed using transparent imaging method. Results Crosssectional images and three dimensional reconstruction images were all satisfied. On CT images, the blood vessels, their trunks and branches were clear, well-filled, smooth and continuous. There were no dentate shadow being found. The radial bone, ulnar bone, carpal bone, metacarpal bone, phalanges of fingers, branches of radial artery and ulnar artery were successfully reconstructed and displayed. Conclusion Scanning with CT after the injection of the modified radiopaque materials into arteries of specimens is an effective means for three - dimensional reconstruction of forearm and hand artery, which can provide intuitive models for surgical reconstruction and surgical simulation.
