高效液相色谱法测定盐酸特拉唑嗪渗透泵控释片的含量

摘　　要：目的建立盐酸特拉唑嗪渗透泵控释片的含量定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为ODSC18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸-二乙胺（356510．02）；检测波长：246nm。结果盐酸特拉唑嗪溶液浓度在10．00～60．00μg／ml之间，线性关系良好，r=0．9995（n=6），平均回收率为99．67％，RSD=0．12％。结论建立盐酸特拉唑嗪渗透泵控释片含量测定HPLC的方法，无内源性物质的干扰，专属性强、灵敏度高，为该药质量控制提供参考依据。Objective To establish a method for determining oral osmotic pump system tablets of terazosin. Method The medical concentration of oral osmotic pump system tablets of terazosin was determined by HPLC. An ODS C18 （ 150mm ± 4.6mm, 4.6μm） column with a mixture of ethyl acetate - methanol - diethylamine （ 35 65 1 0.02） as the mobile phase was used, the detective wavelength was 246nm. Results The linear ranger of terazosin hydrochloride was 10.00 - 60.00μg/ ml and the r was 0.9995 （n = 6） . The average recovery rate of terazosin hydrochloride was 99.67 % and RSD was 0.12 %. Conclusions The method is simple, sensitive, rapid and suitable to be used in the quality control of oral osmotic pump system tablets of terazosin.
