医院医护人员的手卫生情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市红十字会医院临床医护人员的手卫生现状,分析影响医护人员的手卫生的因素,提高医护人员手清洗、消毒的依从性,制定相应的工作制度或采取有效的措施,降低因手造成医院感染的发生率。方法采用抽样调查方法,对广州市红十字会医院2009年6月1日至12月22日共26个临床科室的180名医护人员的手进行现场随机采样检测。采样方法、活菌计数均按国家卫生部颁布的《消毒技术规范》要求进行。结果医护人员操作前未洗手的手卫生合格率为0,医护人员操作中未洗手的手卫生合格率为0,医护人员操作后消毒洗手的手卫生合格率为91.7%。结论广州市红十字会医院医护人员在操作前的手卫生意识相对薄弱,应加强培训,规范洗手,对促进手卫生执行水平的提高、预防医院感染是十分重要。Objective Find out the medical staffs＇ hand hygiene in Guangzhou red cross hospital,analysis on the factors those affect the medical staff＇s hand hygiene,improve the medical staffs＇ compliance of hand washing and disinfection,develop appropriate systems of work or take effective measures to reduce the incidence of hospital infection caused by hand.Method Make random sampling on-site inspection on 180 medical staffs＇ hands of Guangzhou red cross hospital＇s clinical departments from June 1 to Dec.22,2009.Sampling method and viable count method are according to the Disinfection Technical Specifi cations promulgated by the national Ministry of Health.Result Before operation,the medical staffs＇ not washing hand hygiene compliance rate is 0.During operation,the medical staffs＇ not washing hand hygiene compliance rate is 0.After operation,the medical staffs＇ washed hand hygiene compliance rate is 91.7%.Conclusion The hand hygiene awareness of the medical staffs in Guangzhou red cross hospital before the operation is relatively weak.Enhance the training and standardize hand washing is important to the promotion of the hand hygiene level and prevention of hospital infection.
