摘　　要：本文总结了渠道混凝土防渗衬砌形式,对混凝土防渗渠道特点进行了分析,根据工程实际运用情况,说明渠道防渗由单一材料向复合材料、单一结构向复合结构发展的趋势。Purification vancomycin from fermentation broth by ultrafiltration was investigated.The Ultra-Flo membrane system was used without pretreatment of the fermentation broth.The yield of vancomycin was 87% to 94% and the penetrability of filter liquid enhanced 25% compared with the traditional process.Membrane flux was 120 L/（m2·h）.There was no significant difference between new and contaminated membranes after clearing.The rational quantity of water used in filtering was 2.5 times than that of the original feed.
