摘　　要：赛珍珠的代表作《大地》与宿州文化的渊源已经是有目共睹,从服务宿州文化建设和经济建设的角度出发,深入挖掘这一文化资源,加强相关研究,为建设有宿州特色的文化产业寻找途径是宿州赛珍珠研究责无旁贷的任务。It is already obvious to all that the origin of Pearl Buck＇s masterpiece, The Good Earth ,is Suzhou culture. From the viewpoint of service culture and economic construction of Suzhou, doing good for the development of Suzhou economy and culture, excavating the cultural resources, strengthening the related research and looking for ways for the building of Suzhou characteristic cultural industry is the duty-bound task of Suzhou Pearl S. Buck Studies.
