摘　　要：分析了配电管理系统（ＤＭＳ）的特点及其性能要求，对其馈线自动化、地理信息系统、配电工作管理、配电网应用软件、故障投诉管理、用电营业管理、电能计费、负荷管理等基本功能进行了探讨，提出了技术要求，并就ＤＭＳ网络构成及其与其他系统和设备的接口提出建议。The characteristics and performance demands of distribution management system (DMS) are analyzed. Some basic functions, such as feeder automation, geographical information system (GIS), distribution work management, application software for distribution network, complaint management, power business, power energy metering and power load management, are discussed. The technical requirements are pointed out. Some useful suggestions are proposed about the network construction of DMS as well as the interface to other systems andequipment.
