河南省区域发展的差异因素与协调机制研究

摘　　要：由于河南区域发展存在如下基本特征:各经济区域产业结构不够健全、区域经济的互动性较差和区域经济发展的差距进一步扩大,因此从制度因素、产业结构因素、劳动力因素、资本因素和自然与区位因素等方面进行了分析,并从区域优势发掘、选择区域发展的主导产业和确定区域经济的增长模式和发展方式等方面给出了政策建议。The regional development in Henan owns the following basic characteristics：the deficiencies of industrial structures among all economic areas,poor interactivity of regional development and further expansion of economic development gaps among various regions.This paper carries on the analysis from the factors of institution,industrial structure,labor link,capital,nature and zone bit.Furthermore,this paper proposes policy suggestions from the perspectives of the excavation of regional advantages,the choice of leading industries during regional development,the growth model and development pattern of regional economy.
