科研项目管理系统的设计与研究

摘　　要：针对科研单位原有的项目管理手段不适应当前发展需要的现状,设计了一种新型的科研项目管理系统。对系统的技术架构和组成进行了分析,同时对系统的原理和功能进行了研究,描述了项目管理的关键节点,阐述了关键节点的分解方法。研究结果表明,该系统为项目管理提供了一种十分有效的先进手段。Based on the analysis of the present condition that the original project management system of me research institute is unadapted to the demand of current development, it designs a new type of research project management system, analyzes the technique structure and constitutes of the system, introduces the principle and function of the system, clarifies the decomposition method of key node. The results show that the system provides a kind of very effective advanced means for project management.
