摘  要:根据油田开发初期的产油量,应当建设一条Ф219× 7mm的输油管线,当产量达到峰值时,再建设一条同径的复线。两条Ф219 × 7mm管线的输油量同一条Ф273 ×7mm管线的输油量相当,显然两条Ф219 ×7mm管线用钢材量和施工造价要比一条Ф273 × 7mm管线造价要高因此建设了一条Ф273 × 7mm。输油管线,采用了油水交替的输送工艺,既满足了产量低时,同时也满足了产量达到峰值时的需要。According to the initial stage crude production, a Ф219 × 7mm oil pipeline should be constructed, when crude production gets to maximum, another pipeline(the same diameter)again constructed. The capacity of transportation of two Ф 219× 7mm pipelines are equal to the capacity of transportation of one Ф273× 7mm pipeline. It is obvious that two ac Ф219 × 7mm pipelines are higher than one Ф273 × 7mm pipeline in using amount of steel and construction cost. Therefore one Ф273 × 7mm pipeline is constructed and oil-water replace tranferring technology is adopted, It meets the needs in low production stage, meanwhile meets the needs in the stage when crude production gets to maximum.
