制约河北省文化旅游产业发展的瓶颈与对策

摘　　要：河北省文化旅游资源丰富多样,但如何以现有自然旅游资源为基础充分开发利用文化资源以促进旅游业的发展尚需进一步研究和探讨。主要针对河北旅游业发展的现状及制约瓶颈,从深入挖掘景区文化资源,促进旅游景点的升级与整合;培养和引进人才,对旅游开发进行统一规划;使文物保护与开发并重;加强旅游服务及配套设施建设;以燕赵母体文化建设为核心,突出旅游特色;健全管理机构与管理体制等五大方面阐述了突破文化旅游产业发展瓶颈的对策,旨在为促进河北文化旅游产业的快速发展提供理论借鉴。The cultural tourist resources in Hebei Province are abundant and various,but based on current natural tourist resources,how to fully develop and exploit cultural resources to promote the development of tourist industry still needs further research and discussion.Focusing on the current situation and restricting bottleneck of the development of tourist industry in Hebei Province,the countermeasures to break through the bottleneck of the development of cultural tourist industry are illustrated from the following five perspectives： exploiting the cultural resources of scenic spots to improve the update and integration of tourist sites;cultivating and introducing talents to give unified planning to tourist development;giving equal emphasis to both protection and exploitation of cultural relics;strengthening tourist services and the construction of supporting facilities;taking the construction of Yan-Zhao matrix culture as the core to highlight tourist characters;and perfecting administrative agencies and administrative systems.Thus it can provide theoretical references to promoting the fast development of the cultural tourist industry in Hebei Province.
