摘　　要：社区医疗是当前卫生工作的重要任务之一。文章就社区内中医为主综合干预腰椎间盘突出症的重大意义、中医药疗法的特色与优势、开展以中医为主的腰椎间盘突出症社区内综合干预的可行性以及具体方法等几个方面进行了理论探讨。Community medical service is one of the important tasks at present. This paper mainly discussed the great significance of TCM-based combination therapy on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion in the community;the advantage and special features of TCM;the feasibility and specific methods of TCM-based integrated intervention of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion in the local community.
