摘　　要：目的:建立α-生育酚残留溶剂的检查方法。方法:用顶空气相色谱法对α-生育酚中乙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯残留溶剂进行检测,采用rtx-5(5%苯基-95.0%二甲基聚氧硅烷)(30m×0.32μm×0.32mm),程序升温,顶空进样,进样体积1mL。结果:精密度RSD均小于2%,峰面积与浓度均有良好的线性关系,最低检测限在67ng·mL-1以下,回收率均符合要求。结论:该方法稳定、简便、准确,可用于α-生育酚3种有机溶剂残留物检测。Objective： To develop a GC method for analysis of residual organic solvents（ethanol,ethyl acetate and benzene） in α-tocopherol. Methods：The contents of residual organic solvents（ethanol,ethyl acetate and benzene） in α-tocopherol were determined by headspace GC on rtx-5 column（30m×0.32μm ×0.32mm）,which was packed by 5% benzyl-95.0% dimethyl polysiloxane,the temperature was raised in program and the volume of injection was 1mL. Results：There was good linearity between concentration and peak area. The RSD of precision were less than 2%,the lowest detection limits were below 67ng·mL-1 and the results of recoveries were satisfied with the requirements. Conclusion：This method could be used in determining the residual organic solvents（ethanol,ethyl acetate and benzene） inα-tocopherol,which was stable,convinient and accurable.
