摘 要:基于高温空气燃烧技术,设计一种新型自蓄热燃烧器,以实现连续的高温空气燃烧。新型自蓄热燃烧器由燃烧器、蓄热体、四通换向阀3部分构成。为验证新型自蓄热燃烧器热工及阻力特性,建立了基于直管式辐射管测试系统,结果表明:该自蓄热燃烧器能实现稳定的高温空气燃烧,工作过程中排烟温度在150℃以下,温度效率可达88%以上;直管式辐射管外壁纵向最大温差不高于58℃;NOx排放浓度不高于3.85mg/m3;且该自蓄热燃烧器结构相对简单,安装灵活,因此对不同炉型有较强的适应性。Based on a high-temperature air combustion technology,designed was a new type self-heat-storage burner to realize a continuous high temperature air combustion.The new type burner is composed of a burner,a heat accumulation body and a four-way inverter valve totaling three portions.To verify the thermodynamic and resistance characteristics of the burner,a testing system was set up on the basis of straight tube type radiant tubes.The research results show that the above burner can realize a stable high-temperature air combustion and during the operation,the exhaust flue gas temperature is below 150 ℃.The temperature efficiency can hit over 88%.The maximal longitudinal temperature difference on the external wall of the straight tube type radiant tubes is not higher than 58 ℃.The concentration of NOx emissions is not greater than 3.85 mg/m3.Moreover,the burner in question is relatively simple in structure and flexible for installation,thus enjoying a relatively strong adaptability to various boiler types.
