摘 要:分析了SCR脱硝装置成本,指出还原剂费用、催化剂费用和固定资产折旧费用是SCR脱硝装置成本中最大的3项费用,在此基础上,从设计脱硝率、还原剂价格、还原剂类型及SCR装置建设形式等方面定量分析了影响SCR脱硝装置上网电价增量的因素,提出了推荐的脱硝电价计算式。该式综合考虑了影响SCR脱硝装置上网电价增量的主要因素,对我国脱硝电价的计算及相应政策的出台具有一定的参考意义。Analyzed was the cost for a SCR-based denitration device.It has been pointed out that the expenses for reduction and catalytic agent as well as fixed asset depreciation cost constitute the three largest ones in the cost of a SCR-based denitration device.On this basis,from such aspects as design denitration rate,reduction agent price,reduction agent type and SCR-based denitration device construction form etc.,the factors influencing the on-line electricity price increment of the foregoing device were quantitatively analyzed and a denitration electricity price calculation formula was proposed.The formula comprehensively takes into account the main factors influencing the on-line electricity price increment of the SCR-based denitration device.It is of definite reference significance for calculating the denitration electricity price and putting forth corresponding policies in China.
