摘 要:利用玉米芯为原料制备的活性炭吸附水相中不同浓度的亚甲基蓝溶液,亚甲基蓝的初始浓度为50~250mg/L。试验条件:吸附时间为1~48h、亚甲基蓝的初始浓度为50~250mg/L、温度为30℃,得到了玉米芯活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝的吸附等温线和吸附动力学曲线。试验结果表明:Freun-dlich吸附等温线模型能够比较准确地描述亚甲基蓝在玉米芯活性炭上的吸附相平衡;准二级反应模型更准确地描述玉米芯活性炭的吸附过程;平衡时活性炭的吸附能力为48.5~225mg/g。由此可知,玉米芯活性炭对去除水溶液中的亚甲基蓝染料效果佳,是一种具有发展潜力的吸附剂。Methylene blue solutions at various concentrations in the active carbon adsorption water phase were used,which were prepared by using corn cores as the raw material.The initial concentration of methylene blue was within a range from 50 to 250 mg/L.The test conditions were as follows:the adsorption time was listed as 1 to 48 hours,the initial concentration of methylene blue was within a range from 50 to 250 mg/L and the temperature was 30 ℃.The adsorption isotherm and kinetic curves of the corn core active carbon when adsorbing the methylene blue were obtained.The test results show that the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model can relatively accurately describe the adsorption phase equilibrium of methylene blue on the corn core active carbon.A quasi second stage reaction model can more accurately describe the adsorption process of the corn core active carbon.When a balance is established,the adsorption capacity of the active carbon ranges from 48.5 to 225 mg/g.It can be known from the foregoing that the corn core active carbon can achieve a best effectiveness for removing the methylene blue pigment in the water solution and is a kind of adsorption agent with a development potential.
