益肾解毒汤治疗活动性系统性红斑狼疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾解毒汤治疗活动性系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法将67例活动性系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为2组,对照组33例予醋酸泼尼松龙片和环磷酰胺治疗,治疗组34例在对照组治疗的基础上加益肾解毒汤口服,2组均治疗3个月后检测24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白(Alb)、血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的水平,并评定临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、Alb、Cr、BUN及ALT较治疗前均明显有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率91.1%,对照组总有效率75.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾解毒汤配合西医常规治疗活动性系统性红斑狼疮疗效确切。Objective To study the effect of Yishen Jiedu decoction on active systemic lupus crythcmatosus. Methods 67 patients with active systemic lupus crythcmatosus were randomly divided into control group,which were treated by Prednisolone and Cyclophosphamide,and treatment group,which were treated by Yishen Jiedu decoction and on the basis of control group treatment. 24 h urine protein,Alb,Cr,BUN and ALT were measured after three months. Results 24 h urine protein,Alb,Cr,BUN and ALT after treatment were improved in two groups （ P〈 0. 05）. The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in treatment group （91. 1% ） was higher than that in control group （75. 7% ,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yishen Jiedu decoction combined with routine therapy has definite effect on active systemic lupus crythcmatosus.
