改良闭式修补术联合中药治疗重度直肠前突50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良闭式修补术联合中药治疗重度直肠前突的临床疗效。方法将100例重度直肠前突患者随机分为2组,对照组50例采用经阴道切开修补术,治疗组50例采用改良闭式修补术联合口服益气增液中药治疗。观察2组患者手术情况、术后并发症及治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗后7d及治疗后3个月的症状评分较治疗前增高(P<0.05)。2组平均手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院天数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组较治疗组易出现并发症,且症状较重(P<0.05)。治疗组手术后3个月直肠前突深度较手术前降低(P<0.05)。结论改良闭式修补术联合益气增液中药口服治疗直肠前突,操作简便,疗效可靠。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Block＇s repair combined with traditional Chinese drug therapy in the treatment of heavy rectocele. Methods 100 patients with heavy rectocele were allocated randomizedly to the treatment group and the control group. The treatment groups （50 cases） received modified Block ＇s repair and traditional Chinese drug therapy and the control group （50 cases） received the operation vaginal incision and repair. The treatment effect,depth of rectocele and complications were compared between the groups. Results Score on symptom was lower in the treatment group than in the control group （ P〈 0. 05）. The recently effect was similar in the two groups. The therapeutic effect including operative time,operative bleeding,postoperative pain and depth of rectocele in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Block＇s repair combined with traditional Chinese drug therapy is a simple and effective in the treatment of heavy rectocele.
