摘 要:筛板塔板较小的孔面积结构和气液流动方向相垂直的工作方式,减少了塔板上的雾沫夹带和由此引起的塔板压力降,可通过选择单、双溢流确定塔板上的操作工况来适应不同物料,以获得较高的塔板点效率,减少了塔板上的降液管面积和气体流动对塔板上液体流动的干扰,提高了塔板效率。筛板塔板的计算方法完整,可以计算降液管出口处液体的含气量、降液管的压力降和降液管的平均含气量,判断塔板的操作工况和各种工况下的雾沫夹带量和由此引起的塔板压力降。With small hole area and operating conditions of gas and liquid flowing directions perpendicular to each other, mist entrainment in sieve-tray column and pressure drop arising therefrom were reduced. By selecting single or double overflow mode to control operating conditions of the tray to adapt different feedstocks, point effectiveness of the tray can be enhanced. Both the disturbance of gas flow to liquid flow on the tray and the downcomer area can be reduced and effectiveness of the tray thus enhanced. The calculation method for sieve tray is complete and can be used to calculate the gas content in the liquid at the outlet of the downcomer, pressure drop and average gas content of the downcomer, to predict operating conditions, mist entrainment and pressure drop of the tray arising therefrom.
