摘  要:为了减轻励磁调节器的工作压力,增强对励磁功率柜和发电机工况检测的实时性,提高对功率柜控制的精确度和励磁电流的品质,本文提出了具有检测和控制功能的智能功率柜方案。此智能功率柜嵌入了微控制器dsPIC30F6014作为功率柜的检测和控制的核心,通过微控制器的A/D转换接口和数字接口来完成对功率柜工况的实时检测和控制;通过微控制器的输出比较模块生成触发脉冲使三相整流桥导通整流。文中结合dsPIC30F6014重点介绍了智能功率柜中各个智能模块的结构和功能,并给出了相应的实验结果。该智能功率柜系统集成度高、硬件简单、工作可靠,具有一定的经济价值和实际意义。In order to alleviate the working pressure of excitation regulators and improve the precision of real-time detection and control, the intelligent power rectifier cabinet plan has been proposed in this paper. The excitation thyristor converter uses a microprocessor as the core power microcomputer. Real-time detection and control of the thyristor converter are completed through A / D conversion ports and digital ports of dsPIC. Trigger pulses are generated by the output comparing module of dsPIC, to make three-phase rectifier bridge conducting. This paper introduces the functions of each intelligent modules, and shows the experimental result. The system integration degree of this intelligent power rectifier cabinet is high, the hardware is simple, operation is reliable, and the design has a certain economic value and practical significance.
