综合护理对慢性肾炎合并抑郁患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理对慢性肾炎合并抑郁患者的疗效。方法:选取140例慢性肾炎合并抑郁患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组70例。对照组在药物治疗的基础上,应用一般的常规护理;治疗组在对照组基础上,进行包括心理护理在内的综合护理方法。应用Zung抑郁自评量表评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组抑郁患者均有减少,治疗组减少明显,治疗组仍抑郁者18例(25.7%),对照组为60例(74.3%),两者比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:在药物治疗的同时,应综合护理的方法,能改善患者不良的心理状态,对疾病的治疗、病情的改善有积极作用。Objective To Evaluated the effect of Comprehensive care of patients with chronic nephritis with depression.Methods Selected 140 patients with chronic nephritis with depression,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,70 patients in each group. The control group therapy based on the application of the general routine care;treatment group were based on conduct,including psychological care,including integrated care approach.Application of Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,patients with depression have reduced,the treatment group decreased significantly,in the treatment group remained depressed in 18 （25.7%） patients in the control group of 60 （74.3） patients,in comparison,P0.05,the difference is statistically significant between the two group.Conclusion While in drug treatment should be integrated care approach can improve the psychological state of patients with poor,disease treatment,the disease has a positive effect to improve.
