摘　　要：研究了不同覆盖方式对烤烟根际土壤中微生物动态变化的影响,结果表明,所有处理相对裸地栽培在较长生育时期内,除固氮菌外其他微生物数量都不同程度地增加,其中,以烟株生长前期覆盖地膜,后期揭膜覆草这种方式,有利于烟株根际土壤微生物种群的增殖和稳定。A study was conducted on the effect of different mulching methods on the soil microbe in rhizosphere of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that all treatments compare with natural planting could obviously more or less increase the number of the microbe during the longer period except the N-fixing bacteria,The method that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stage of flue-cured tobacco,and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film at the late plant growth stage was propitious to the multiplication and stabilization of microbial population in rhizosphere of flue-cured tobacco.
