摘 要:通过电导率测定法和比色法测定了玉米灰斑病菌毒素对玉米胚根细胞膜透性的影响,结果表明,同一毒素浓度,处理时间不超过3 d,毒素处理后胚根相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量高于对照组;同一处理时间,不同浓度毒素处理后胚根相对电导率和MDA含量均高于对照组,说明玉米灰斑病菌毒素对玉米胚根细胞膜透性具有显著影响,引起细胞膜的伤害,造成膜功能的紊乱。该研究将为进一步深入研究玉米灰斑病菌毒素在致病过程中所起的作用,进一步揭示玉米灰斑病菌的致病机理等奠定基础。The effects of Cercospora zeae-maydis toxins on cell membrance permeability of maize radicle in vivo have been studied.The mensuration of conductivity and colorimetry were used to examine the membrance permeability.The results showed that the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content of maize radicle after treatment with C.zeae-maydis toxins were higher than control group under the same concentration of toxins and no more than 3 days,or different concentration of toxins and same treatment time.This indicated that the effect of C.zeae-maydis toxins on membrance permeability of maize radicle was significant which can hurt and disorder function of cell membranes.The results of this study will provided a sound basis for action of C.zeae-maydis toxins on pathogenic processes and pathogenic mechanism of C.zeae-maydis.
