摘  要:采用有限体积法对成品油管道和原油管道同沟敷设非稳态传热规律进行了数值模拟,对比分析了有无同沟敷设两种情况对埋地管道传热规律的影响;计算分析了地表温度波动参数对同沟敷设管道热流密度和土壤温度的影响。研究表明:管道同沟敷设技术能够改善管道周边的土壤温度分布,有效降低原油管道对外界的整体散热量;地表温度波动振幅和波动周期的增大会加剧管壁热流密度的振荡幅值,不利于埋地管道输送的稳定性,应针对其加强保温措施。Numerical simulation on non-steady state heat transfer law of oil product pipeline and crude pipeline laid in one ditch is carried out by adopting finite volume method. Influence of laying in one ditch and non-laying in one ditch on heat transfer law of buried pipeline is compared and analyzed,and influence of fluctuating parameters in surface temperature on heat flux and soil temperature for the pipelines laid in one ditch is calculated and analyzed. The research shows that laying in one ditch technology can improve soil temperature distribution around pipelines and decrease overall heat transfer loss of crude oil pipeline to the outside; increase of fluctuating amplitude of surface temperature and fluctuating period will intensify the amplitude value of heat flux at pipe wall,and it is harmful for smooth transportation of the buried pipeline,which should be improved by insulating measures.
