摘　　要：目的探讨静脉输液拔针后按压血管时间长短,以指导临床工作。方法对107例静脉输液住院患者,按压不同时间计入相应组别,分析比较针眼按压最佳时间。结果静脉输液拔针后按压针眼最佳时间4 min,可避免皮下淤血的发生。结论静脉输液拔针后适当的按压时间有助于避免皮下淤血和保护静脉血管。Objective To investigate the suitable press time after Intravenous Infusion Needle Extractionin order to guide clinical practice,Methods Infusion in 107 patients hospitalized,press included in the corresponding groups at different times,compare the best time to press the eye of a needle.Results Intravenous Infusion Needle Extraction best time to 4 minutes after the press,can avoid the occurrence of subcutaneous ecchymosis.Conclusion Pressing the right way to overcome the past,after Intravenous Infusion Needle Extraction press time arbitrary large blood vessel defects,protect the vein.
