摘　　要：针对目前的稠油、特稠油、超稠油脱水难 ,严重影响科研进程的情况 ,通过对国内外现有脱水技术的考察 ,在综合评定各种脱水性能指标基础上设计室内SHYT型稠油快速脱水器 ,这套脱水器具有脱水速度快、控温精度高、便于观察、操作简单的特点 ,更重要的是脱水后原油性质不发生变化。该脱水器的研制成功 ,极大地缩短了室内原油脱水周期 ,提高了试验研究工作的效率 。In accordance with the present problem of dehydration from heavy oil, super heavy oil, and extra heavy oil, which have seriously affected the scientific research progress, after investigation about the avaiable dehydration technologies at home and abroad, and on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of each index of dehydration, SHYT laboratory heavy oil dehydrator for rapid dehydration has been developed. This set of dehydrator can dehydrate rapidly, control temperature accurately, and its operation is easy. The most important is that the crude oil property will not change after dehydration with this unit. Laboratory crude oil dehydration period is greatly shortened by using this dehydrator, thus the efficiency of experimental study is enhanced, This instrument is widely applicable and worthy of popularization.
