摘 要:以副产物二甘醇为原料,氯代正丁烷为烷基化试剂,在固碱的作用下合成二甘醇单丁醚。实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、物料配比对产品收率的影响以及二甘醇的循环使用情况。结果表明,较佳工艺条件为反应温度100~120℃,反应时间3h,物料配比6~8;收率达80%以上。该法无需相转移催化剂及脱水剂,操作简单,反应条件温和,能降低生产成本,缩短反应时间,可作为一种有效的合成方法使用。Diethlyeneglycol monobutylether was synthesizedthrough the reaction of DEG and the corresponding halidealkane in the presence of base. The yield of product is affected by the reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction molar ratio. The performance of DEG was also studied. The suitable processing conditions have been obtained. The reaction temperature was 100~120℃. The reaction time was 3 h. The reaction molar ratio was 6~8. The yield was over 80%. No phase-transfer catalysts and dehydrant are needed in this method. This method reduces cost and time, and is an efficient method for the preparation of diethlyeneglycol monobutylether.
