摘  要:用改性β沸石作催化剂,研究了己二酸与2-乙基己醇的酯化反应,讨论了阳离子交换度、焙烧温度及表面酸性对催化活性的影响。结果表明,己二酸二异辛酯的产率随离子交换度的增加而增加,Hβ沸石催化剂的焙烧温度为500℃时,己二酸二异辛酯的产率有一极大值;在同样反应条件下。The esterification reaction of hexane diacid with 2 ethyl hexanol was studied by using modified β zeolite as catalysts.The effects of cation exchange degree,calcining temperature and the surface acidity on the catalytic activity were discussed.The results indicate that the yield of di isooctyl adipate increases with the cation exchange degree.When the calcining temperature of Hβ zeolite catalyst is 500℃,the yield of di isooctyl adipate has a maximum value.The Hβ zeolite catalysts treated by acid have obviously higher catalytic activity than that of original Hβ at the same reaction conditions because of the formation of superacid sites on the surface of the catalysts.
