摘 要:采用萃取分离方法从石油烃中分离极性有机物具有高效性和高选择性。用95%乙醇和微量金属离子组成的复合溶剂对催化裂化柴油进行了络合萃取研究。结果表明,络合萃取后催化裂化柴油中氮化物特别是碱性氮化物可得到有效的脱除;络合萃取与碱洗相结合可使催化裂化柴油安定性大大提高,且柴油收率高,溶剂可循环使用。Solvent extraction based on reversible chemical complexation can showed its high selectivity and high capacity for separation of polar organics from petroleum hydrocarbons.This paper presents an effective method of complexation extraction for separation of nitrogen compounds from FCC diesel oil.The results show that,nitrogenous compounds,especially basic nitrogenous compounds in diesel oil were effectively extracted with 95% ethanol solution containing minor amounts of Fe 3+ 。The oxidation stability of the diesel was greatly improved by complexation extraction fowlled by caustic wash.The recovery of diesel oil was high,and the solvent can be regenarated for recycling to the process.
