摘 要:文章建立了一个简单快速、能同时分析茶叶中多种农药残留的新方法。采用一种新的样品前处理方法——基质固相分散(Matrix Solid-Phase Dispersion,MSPD)萃取替代传统的液-液萃取、固相萃取,从茶叶中提取、净化14种常用农药残留,采用GC-FPD分析检测;14种农药的回收率在65.4%-110.6%之间,相对标准偏差小于19.3%,LOD为5.0-30.0μg/L,LOQ为25.0-100.0μg/L。An effective and simple analytical method for detecting multi-residue pesticide is proposed.A new sample preparation method named matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD) is studied.The conventional liquid-liquid extract and the solid phase extract were displaced by MSPD for extracting and cleaning the 14 pesticides from tea.The pesticides were assayed by gas chromatography with flame photometric detection(GC-FPD).The returns-ratio is between 65.4%-110.6%.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is lower than 19.3%,the limit of detection(LOD) is 5.0-30.0 μg/L,and the limit of quantification(LOQ) is 25.0-100.0 μg/L.
