摘　　要：面对日益竞争的世界经济,尤其近年来的世界范围内的经济危机,有效地降低成本成为企业提高竞争力、寻求出路的重要手段。文章以存贮寿命服从两参数Weibull分布的单一变质性物品为研究对象,以最小化单位时间总成本为目标,在考虑延期支付期情况下建立了库存模型,并对订购周期最优解的存在性进行了证明,提出了一种订购周期与订购量的近似算法,同时给出了求解最优补货策略的数值算例,验证了所建立的模型。Enterprises are faced with an increasingly competitive world economy,especially the worldwide economic crisis,so effective cost reduction is an important means for enterprises to improve the competitiveness and seek a way out.This paper builds up an EOQ model with permissible delay in payments and two-parameter Weibull distribution deteriorating items.First,it develops an inventory model so as to minimize the total cost per unit time.Then it proves the existence of optimal order cycle and presents an approximation algorithm to find out the most appropriate order cycle and order quantity.Finally,numerical examples are given,and the optimal replenishment strategy is figured out,which verifies the model proposed in the paper.
