摘　　要：目的：探讨锁定加压螺孔型接骨板治疗四肢骨折的应用及疗效。方法：采用锁定加压螺孔型接骨板治疗四肢骨折40例，并对治疗结果加以观察。结果：40例随访6～48个月，骨折均获得骨性愈合，无并发症发生。结论：锁定加压螺孔型接骨板是治疗四肢骨折的理想内固定方式，骨折愈合率高，值得临床推广使用。Objective： To investigate the use and effect of locking compression plate treating 40 cases with limbs fracture. Methods： To treat 40 cases with limbs fracture by locking compression plate and observe the therapeutic outcome. Results： 40 cases were followed up 6-48 months and acquired bony union with no complications. Conclusions： Locking compression plate with high fracture healing rate is worth to use spreadly in clinical field as a ideal internal fixation method to treat limbs fracture.
