摘 要:在自行设计、建立的半封闭管法临界性质测定装置上,测定了新疆九区稠油18个宽、窄馏分油的临界温度和临界压力。利用实测数据,开发出了5种适用于预测新疆九区稠油馏分油临界温度和临界压力的关联式。将与石油馏分化学结构有关的参数等张比容[P]和克分子折射率Rd作为关联参数,预测临界温度的平均相对误差为0.60%~0.68%,预测临界压力的平均相对误差为3.35%~3.47%,明显优于通常的纯经验法。同时考察了6种常用临界温度和临界压力计算方法对新疆九区稠油的适用性。The critical properties of Xinjiang heavy oil fractions were measured by semi sealed tube method. On the basis of experimental data, five correlations for predicting critical properties of Xinjiang heavy oil fractions are obtained. The relative average errors of these correlations for predicting critical temperature and pressure of Xinjiang heavy oil fractions are 0.60%~0.68% and 3.35%~3.37% respectively. The parameters used in these correlations are related to the chemical structure of oil fractions. Suitabilities of six normal calculation methods for Xinjiang heavy oil are checked with the experimental data. Only the correlation of Roess is suitable for calculating the critical temperature of Xinjiang heavy oil.
