硫酸镁治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨硫酸镁治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，两组均给予抗感染、平喘、吸氧等综合治疗，观察组加用硫酸镁，比较两组症状、体征缓解情况和临床有效率。结果：观察组主要症状和体征消失时间早于对照组，临床有效率高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：硫酸镁治疗毛细支气管炎安全有效，无并发症，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate in treatment of bronchilitis. Methods：80 patients were divided randomly into the investigation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）, all the patients were treated with a comprehensive therapy of anti-infection,asthma reducing and oxygen taking,the investigation group was treated with investigation besides the routine therapy, the disappearing time of symptoms and signs, side effects and clinical efficiency in each group were observed and compared.. Results：The disappearing of symptoms and signs in investigation group were obviously shorter than those in control group,the clinical efficiency is higher than those in control group, there were a significant difference（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion： Magnesium sulfate is safe and effective treatment of bronchiolitis, with no complications, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
