中西医结合治疗急性单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎8例

摘　　要：目的：结合8例急性单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者临床特点，评估中西医结合方法治疗急性单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎综合疗效。方法：采用抗病毒、抗感染、脱水降颅压、急速及对症处理。结果：治愈（神经系统恢复正常）6例，好转（反应能力差，计数和近期记忆力差）2例。结论：中西医结合是临床治疗单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的有效途径。Objective： combination of eight cases of acute herpes simplex encephalitis in patients with clinical features, assessment of Integrated Traditional and Western methods of treatment of acute herpes simplex encephalitis comprehensive therapeutic effect. Methods： The anti-virus, anti-infection, Lowering the intracranial pressure, rapid and symptomatic treatment. Results： The cure （return to normal nervous system）, 6 cases improved （poor response, count, and the recent poor memory） 2. Conclusion： Combination therapy in clinical herpes simplex virus encephalitis in an effective way.
