摘 要:采用正交法研究了铝基前处理除油碱蚀一步活化工艺。对活化液的组成及其质量浓度进行了筛选,并对活化时间、温度等工艺条件进行了优化。探讨了影响活化效果的主次因素,确定了最佳活化工艺。实验结果表明:这一工艺具有流程短、易操作、成本低等特点,具有应用推广价值。A one-step activation process of removing grease alkaline corrosion for Al substrate pretreatment was studied by using orthogonal experimental method. The composition of the activating solution and the mass concentration of its components were screened,and the activating time and temperature,etc.were optimized.The primary and secondary factors affecting activation effect were evaluated.On this basis,the optimal activation scheme was determined.The experimental results show that the process has the characteristics of short process flow,easy operation and lower cost,so it has application and popularization value.
