同构替代镧掺杂SBA-15负载钴基催化剂对费-托合成性能的影响

摘　　要：利用同构替代成功地合成了La-SBA-15(La质量分数分别为5%,10%,20%),并且各质量分数的La-SBA-15很好的保持了SBA-15规整的二维六方结构。分别用SBA-15和La-SBA-15为载体,采用共浸渍法制备了四种负载量相同的钴(质量分数为10%)的催化剂,通过氮气等温吸附-脱附,X-射线粉末衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM),氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR),等手段进行该催化性能的表征。其费-托合成活性测试表明,在相同条件下,催化剂10Co/La-SBA-15(5%)和其它催化剂相比,其催化活性和C5+选择性得到显著提高。Lanthanum isomorphic substituted mesoporous SBA-15 with different lanthanum content（5 wt%,10 wt%,20 wt%） were successfully synthesized.It was demonstrated that the La-SBA-15 keep the hexagonal array of uniform tubular channel configuration intact,and SBA-15,La-SBA-15（5 wt%,10 wt%,20 wt%） used as support of cobalt catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis（FTS）.the catalysts were prepared using incipient witness impregnation method with cobalt loadings of 10 wt% for comparison.The supports and catalysts were characterized by XRD,TEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,H2-TPR and the catalytic performance for FTS was tested in a fixed bed reactor.At the same condition,10Co / La-SBA-15（5 wt%） shows good performance.
