摘　　要：首先分析Fluid Model模型的稳定性;在此基础上,提出一种判断系统状态(瞬态或稳态)的简单方法;最后基于流体模型Fluid Model和微分方程稳定性理论提出了提高分发系统稳定性的调控机制;应用调控机制能监控分发系统的状态;当系统出现供小于求的瞬态时,利用调控机制可以计算出系统从瞬态转变到稳态对种子节点的需求量,为服务方提高分发系统的稳定性以及提高视频分发质量提供可行的方法。Tthe stability of Fluid Model model was firstly analyzed;And then,on this basis a simple method of judging delivery system state（transient or steady state） was proposed;Finally control mechanism based on both Fluid Model Model and stability theory of differential equation was proposed;Application of control mechanism can monitor the state of distribution system;Demand with control mechanisms can be calculated out of the system changes from transient to steady for seed nodes under the system state shows the transient for supply less than the demand of seed nodes,by which the service side can improve the stability of deliver system and the quality of streaming video.
