摘 要:采用硫酸镁为混凝剂对活性染料模拟废水进行混凝处理,探讨了pH值、硫酸镁投加量等因素对脱色效果的影响,分析了硫酸镁对不同结构红色活性染料废水的混凝脱色效果,比较了硫酸镁与硫酸亚铁对活性染料废水混凝脱色效果,并对实际印染废水采用硫酸镁进行脱色处理,测试其COD、浊度和色度等指标。结果表明,硫酸镁对活性染料废水具有良好的脱色效果,在硫酸镁投加量为800mg/L,pH值为11.0的条件下,实际印染废水脱色率、COD去除率、浊度去除率分别达到89.7%、40.5%、90.3%以上。This paper uses the magnesium sulfate as a coagulant to treat the simulated reactive dye resulted wastewater,discusses the influences of the pH value and applied amount of the magnesium sulfate on the decoloration effect,analyzes the coagulation decoloration effect of different structural red color reactive dye resulted wastewater by using the magnesium sulfate,and compares the coagulation decoloration effects of the reactive dye resulted wastewater by using the magnesium sulfate and ferrous sulfate,respectively.In addition,the paper uses the magnesium sulfate to treat the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater for decoloration,and tests the COD,turbidity and chrominance.The research results show that the magnesium sulfate can make a good decoloration to the reactive dye resulted wastewater,and under the conditions of 800 mg/L of applied magnesium sulfate,pH value of 11.0~11.5,the decoloration rate,removal rate of COD and removal rate of turbidity are 89.7%,40.5% and 90.3%,respectively.
