摘　　要：随机接入是移动通信系统中终端(UE)与基站建立上行同步和连接的一个非常重要的过程。文章主要研究时分-长期演进(TD-LTE)上行随机接入技术的设计。考虑到基于竞争模式的随机接入过程适用的普遍性,文章从随机接入的应用场景和类型出发,重点讨论基于竞争模式下的随机接入过程,并详细地分析了随机接入过程中的具体流程及实现方案。Random access is a very important process in the establishment of uplink synchronization and connection between the UE and base stations in the mobile communication system.This article mainly studies the design of TD-LTE uplink random access technology.Considering its universal adaptability,it discuses the competition-mode-based random access process on the basis of the scenarios and types of its applications and gives a detailed analysis of its specific procedures and implementation schemes.
