摘　　要：苯并咪唑类化合物是一类重要的有机合成中间体,它被广泛用于食品和医药化工领域。本文从不同底物出发,介绍了一种在二醋酸碘苯作用下,由邻苯二胺和芳香醛一步反应合成苯并咪唑及其衍生物的新方法。与常规方法相比,该方法操作简便,产率高,反应条件温和(室温),反应时间大大缩短。Various 2-aryl-benzimidazoles were synthesized from phenylenediamines （1 mmol） and aldehydes （1 mmol） via a one-step process using hypervalent iodine （2.0 mmol） as the oxidant. The influence of reaction conditions such as the amount of IBD and the solvent of reaction was studied. The salient features of this method include mild conditions, short reaction times （3-5 min）, high yields and simple procedure.
