摘 要:以水稻"东农423"为试材,设置三超栽培和常规栽培两个处理,对其生理指标、产量构成因素及产量进行测定与比较。结果表明,在三超栽培模式下,水稻抽穗后茎鞘物质向穗部的运转率、运转量、转换率显著高于常规栽培;水稻齐穗后剑叶中的游离氨基酸、谷氨酰胺合成酶、可溶性蛋白含量变化和产量显著高于常规栽培,更有利于水稻超高产。3-S (three-super cultivation treatment) and TC (traditional cultivation treatment) were used with the material of Dongnong423 in this experiment. Physiological indices, yield and yield component were measured and compared. The results showed that 3-S had the high export percentage, high export amount and transformation of the matter in stems and sheathes to panicle compared with TC. Under the condition of 3-S, free amino acid, gutamine synthetase and soluble protein content in flag leaf after heading and grain yield were significantly higher than those of TC, which indicated that 3-S was advantageous to the super high yield of rice.
