低农药残留量的黄瓜种质资源筛选

摘　　要：以28份黄瓜品种为试材,用目前生产上常用的溴氰菊酯、霜霉威和腈菌唑3种农药进行喷施处理,统一取样。利用气相色谱法分析检测各品种黄瓜果实中3种农药的残留量,筛选出低溴氰菊酯、低霜霉威和低腈菌唑残留量的黄瓜种质资源各3、8和6份。In order to screen germplasm resources of cucumber with low pesticide residue content, 28 cucumber germplasm resources were used as materials. Three kinds of pesticides propamocarb, deltamethrin and myclobutanil were sprayed on plants of 28 cucumber resources. The fruits pesticide residue content was measured and analyzed by gas chromatography. It had been screened three, eight and six cucumber germplasm resources with low residue contents of propamocarb, deltamethrin and myclobutanil, respectively.
