摘 要:针对机械除草过程中作物苗间与秧苗附近杂草较难铲除以及伤苗严重和除草率低等问题,设计了一种苗间机械松土除草装置。文章简述了该装置的结构、工作原理和关键部件的设计,分析并确定了松土除草装置和单体仿形机构的结构参数。田间试验结果表明,苗间除草率≥78.1%,伤苗率≤5%,达到了设计和相关标准要求。To solve problems which exist in the former designed weeding-cultivating machines, such as injuring seedlings seriously, weeding difficultly and the low weeding rate on the course of mechanical weeding between crop seedlings, a new kind of scarification and weeding unit was designed according to different growth properties between crop and weed. This paper briefly described its main structure, working principle and the design of critical components, and also analyzed and confirmed the parameters of weeding unit and single-group profiling mechanism. The experimental result of the unit in the field showed that its weeding rate between seedlings was 78.1%, and its injuring seedling rate was under 5%. So the unit has complied with the design requirements and relevant standards.
