MSM人群性行为特征及血液感染检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁波男男性接触人群(MSM)性行为特征及艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒和丙型肝炎(丙肝)感染情况。方法分类滚雪球法招募MSM进行问卷调查,留取血样进行HIV、梅毒和丙肝检测。采用SPSS 13.0软件包对资料进行分析。结果 520名调查对象平均年龄(28.1±7.8)岁,首次性行为平均年龄(20.5±3.5)岁,首次性伴52.5%是男性。81.7%的MSM近半年与男性有过肛交行为,平均性伴数6名;最近半年发生同性性行为时,41.9%每次都使用安全套。HIV感染率为4.2%,梅毒感染率为10.8%,丙肝感染率为2.7%。结论宁波地区MSM性活动活跃,安全套坚持使用率低,HIV和梅毒感染率较高。针对MSM的监测和干预工作有待加强。Objective To survey the sexual behavioral characteristics and the infection rates of HIV, syphilis and HCV among men who have sex with men （ MSM ）, and to provide scientific evidence for developing prevention and control strategy. Methods MSM were recruited using snowball sampling method, and information was collected by face - to - face questionnaire survey. Blood specimens were drawn for HIV, syphilis, and HCV testing. All data were analyzed by software SPSS 13.0. Results 520 MSM were interviewed, and their average age was （28.1 ±7.8 ） years old. The average age having first sex was （20. 5 ±3.5 ） years old, and 52. 5 % of their first sexual partner was male. Among the MSM 81.7% had anal sex in the past 6 months, and the average number of sexual partner was six. 41.9% interviewees used condom every time in the past 6 month. The infection rate of HIV, syphilis, and HCV was 4. 2%, 10. 8%, and 2. 7% respectively. Conclusion The MSM in Ningbo city is active sexually, among whom the condom use rate is low and the infection rate of HIV and syphilis is high. It is urgent to strengthen monitoring and controlling in MSM.
