摘　　要：通过７具尸体、１４侧胸壁的解剖观察，描述了肋间血管的解剖，以及皮肤穿支的供血范围，分布、部位等。临床用于６２例手指撕脱伤患者，取得良好效果。证实侧胸壁皮瓣能较好地满足手的外形和功能要求。To study the pectus side flap for treating skin avulsion of finger,14 pectus side of 7 cadavers were dissected and observed The anatomy of intercostal blood vessel were understood The origin,course,branches,distribution and area of blood suppling were found Based on the observation,62 patients with skin avulsion of finger were treated by pectus side flap The results were satisfactory It indicated that the flap were suitable for treating skin avalsion of finger
