复方中药制剂力平毒对海洛因依赖性恒河猴内分泌影响的研究

摘　　要：研究采用海洛因依赖性恒河猴模型，用复方中药制剂力平毒（ＬＰＤ）与美沙酮（ＭＴＤ）进行对比治疗研究。从戒断前后一些内分泌指标的改变来探讨力平毒对康复治疗的作用。结果表明，治疗一定时间后，力平毒组β－内啡肽、皮质醇及睾酮水平基本恢复，ＭＴＤ组则未见明显改善。Based on the heroin-dependent rhesus model, the expirememt compared the effects of Chinese traditional medicine LPD with that of methadone in heroin-dependent rhesus on incretory. The result showed that, after being treated by LPD, the heroin dependent-rhesus exhibited recovered levels of β-endorphin, cortisol and testosterone in blood, While shows no obvious improvement.
